Chicken cutlets with young cabbage and herbs
Ingredients
- chicken fillet 1 kg
- marinade Maheev 100 g
- cabbage 200 g
- greens (dill, parsley) 1 bunch
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper mixture 1 pinch
- sour cream 2 tbsp
- ketchup 2 tbsp
- 2 cups water
- egg 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Make minced meat from fillet and add marinade to it. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Combine minced meat with chopped cabbage and herbs. Make small patties.
Step 3
Place in an ovenproof dish and cover with a mixture of water, sour cream and ketchup. Season with salt and add pepper mixture.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180 gr. about 40 minutes.
