Ingredients
  • 4 duck legs, 250 g each
  • 6 large plums
  • juice of 3 oranges
  • 3 tsp mixes "Five spices"
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l. liquid honey

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

2. In a baking dish, combine orange juice, spices, chili flakes, soy sauce and honey.

3. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Place in a saucepan and place in oven for 15 minutes.
