Smoked chicken sausages
Ingredients
- chicken thigh 3 kg
- ground paprika 30 g
- smoked paprika 30 g
- sugar 30 g
- sea salt 30 g
- crushed black pepper 30 g
- mustard 30 g
- Hoisin sauce 200 g
- Gouda cheese 500 g
- cayenne pepper 5 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the chicken thigh into pieces, add spices and scroll in a meat grinder.
Step 2
Dice the Gouda cheese and add to the minced meat.
Step 3
Put the meat in the refrigerator for a day to allow the meat to cool and thicken.
Step 4
Stuff pre-prepared pork casings with minced meat, pre-greased with oil. The size of the sausage itself can be of various sizes and shapes.
Step 5
Smoke the sausages for 30 minutes.
