Duck breast with ginger
Duck is usually cooked on big holidays. And Valentine's Day is a great occasion to arrange a small romantic holiday for yourself and your half. And it is not necessary to cook the duck whole, two duck breasts will be enough.
Ingredients
- 2 large duck breast fillets on skin
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- 4-5 cm fresh ginger root
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Turn the breasts over and place in the oven for 7-12 minutes, depending on the size of the breasts and the desired doneness. Remove on warmed plates, cover with foil and let “rest” for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes. Serve the breasts with hot sauce.
