Chicken liver wrapped in bacon
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken liver
- 15-20 thin slices of smoked bacon
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the liver, dry it, blot it with paper towels, divide it into halves, salt and pepper. Stir the liver pieces with your hands to distribute the spices evenly.
Step 2
Wrap each piece of liver in bacon to make a roll.
Step 3
Carefully remove the skewers from the wire rack or grill surface to maintain their shape. Serve with baked potatoes, baked peppers or sauerkraut.
