Chicken roll with dried apricots and granular mustard
An irreplaceable snack for any festive table. Cooking is not at all difficult, the products are affordable, and the taste is wonderful. Mustard seeds crunch so nicely!
Ingredients
- chicken leg 2 pcs.
- dry 30 g
- Mustard mustard from Maheev 1 tbsp.
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- dry red wine 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Remove the fillet from the chicken legs by carefully cutting and removing the bone. Beat off with a hammer. Cut off the meat bulbs and add where there is little meat. Try to give it a rectangular shape. Do not remove the skin.
Step 2
Soak dried apricots in dry wine for 30-40 minutes, then squeeze.
Step 3
Season the meat layer with salt and pepper, grease with granular mustard from Maheev.
