Chicken ventricle salad
Not everyone knows that a salad can be made from chicken ventricles. I have always loved ventricles, but salads with them are new to me. I decided to try and was not disappointed. Try it too)
Ingredients
- chicken stomachs 300 g
- egg 5 pcs.
- champignons 150 g
- onion 1 pc.
- pickled cucumber 3 pcs.
- green peas 3 tbsp
- mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp.
- salt
- vegetable oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the ventricles in salted water for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Cool and chop.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Peel and chop the mushrooms. Fry with onions in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
Step 6
Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely.
Step 7
Combine all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
Step 8
Put it in a salad bowl and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
