Chicken, quinoa and persimmon salad
Light and fresh salad with mayonnaise and lemon juice from Maheevs for a festive table!
Ingredients
- boiled quinoa 2 tbsp
- fresh cucumber 1/2 pc.
- persimmon 1/3 pcs.
- chicken breast 1/2 pc.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the persimmon into thin slices.
Step 3
Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into strips.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine cucumber, chicken and quinoa, pepper and season with Mahee mayonnaise. Stir.
Step 6
Place the salad on a portioned dish, top with persimmon slices, garnish with mayonnaise and a sprig of herbs.
