Salad with mushrooms, beans and crab sticks
Ingredients
- egg 2 pcs.
- crab sticks 200 g
- onion 1 pc.
- forest mushrooms 200 g
- canned white beans 250 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mushrooms (I have forest mushrooms, but you can also take champignons) cut arbitrarily. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 2
In a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion until slightly golden brown, add mushrooms and fry for 7-8 minutes. Cool the mushrooms.
Step 3
Boil eggs, cool, peel and chop finely. Finely chop the crab sticks.
Step 4
Drain the liquid from the beans. Stir crab sticks, mushrooms with onions, eggs. Season with mayonnaise with quail eggs from Maheevs. Enjoy your meal!
