Artichokes, green peas and beans
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
- pinch of sugar
- 1-1.5 st. l. lemon juice
- 280-300 g of artichokes in oil
- 150 g each frozen green peas and green beans
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add medium-sized artichokes, peas and beans. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Combine with finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
