Cauliflower, almonds and spinach
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 50 g baby spinach
- 30-40 g raisins
- 3 tbsp. l. balsamic or wine vinegar
- 1-1.5 tsp. brown sugar
- 30 g toasted almond petals
- 2-3 sprigs of dill
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the onion into thin half rings. Add to the cabbage and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Simultaneously heat the spinach leaves and raisins in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, 1 min. Add bite and sugar. Once the sugar has melted, remove the skillet.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the cabbage and the contents of the skillet. Add the almonds and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
