Baked chicken stuffed with buckwheat and mushrooms
Chicken stuffed with buckwheat and mushrooms, a simple and practical recipe. Two meals in one. Juicy, tender meat and aromatic crumbly side dish.
Ingredients
- chicken 1200 g
- boiled buckwheat 250 g
- champignons 250 g
- onion 1 pc.
- mayonnaise Maheev 4 tbsp
- turmeric 1 tsp.
- salt 1 tsp
- ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix semi-boiled buckwheat with fried onions and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the filling. Salt and pepper the prepared chicken inside and add all the filling. Fasten all the holes in the carcass with toothpicks so that the filling does not come out during baking.
Step 2
Mix mayonnaise with turmeric, add a pinch of salt and pepper and coat the whole chicken with this mixture. Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Put the chicken with its back down and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees until rosy appetizing.
