Chicken thighs under a vegetable cap
Ingredients
- chicken thighs 2 pcs.
- salt to taste
- marinade for Maheev barbecue 100 g
- ground paprika-to taste
- zucchini 1 pc.
- tomatoes 4-5 pcs.
- eggplant 1 pc.
- grated parmesan 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour the chicken thighs with the Maheev marinade and leave for 1.5-2 hours (as long as possible).
Step 2
Wash the vegetables, dry, cut everything into thin rings.
Step 3
Put the chicken thighs in a fireproof baking dish, with some tomatoes and zucchini between them.
Step 4
Then lay out the layers of zucchini.
Step 5
Then a layer of eggplant.
Step 6
top with a layer of tomatoes, lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper mixture.
Step 7
Cover the form with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Step 8
