Beetroot pancakes with black caviar and sour cream
Such bright pancakes with black caviar will look "expensive and rich" on the buffet table. Guests will appreciate them.
Ingredients
- milk 3.2% - 100ml
- fresh beets - 100 ml
- wheat flour - 100g
- chicken egg - 1pc
- sugar - 15 g
- salt - 2 g
- vegetable oil - 10 g
- black caviar - 30 g
- pistachios and almond petals - 3 g
- sour cream 20% - 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Knead the dough: combine milk, fresh beetroot, flour, egg, sugar, salt and vegetable oil, mix with a whisk, leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
Grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and bake thin pancakes. Fold them in a triangle immediately and place them on plates.
Step 3
Decorate each pancake with caviar, sprinkle with pistachios and almonds. Serve with sour cream.
