Favorite cottage cheese pancakes with apple confiture
Who among us does not like to sleep longer! But why, if not for cheesecakes, raise yourself 5 minutes earlier? They're like that - go crazy. The aroma for the whole apartment, the taste for the top five :) And with apple confiture, and even made with your own hands, they are incomparable! What do you think?
Ingredients
- cottage cheese 9% 400 g
- icing sugar 40 g
- wheat flour 80 g
- chicken egg 2 pcs.
- apples 1-2 pcs.
- butter 30 g
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- sugar 30 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare bowls for whites and yolks. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Crack the egg and transfer it from one half of the shell to the other, pouring the egg white into a bowl. Set aside the yolks in another bowl. You don't need proteins.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, icing sugar and 40 g flour to the yolks. Mix thoroughly until smooth curd mass. Pinch off a piece of the mass and use your hands to roll a ball the size of a ping-pong ball. So repeat with all the curd mass. Sprinkle flour on a board or table. Roll the balls in flour one at a time. And flatten the balls with a flat spatula or knife, turning them into small washers 7-10 mm thick.
Step 3
Preheat a skillet with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Fry cheese cakes for 3-5 minutes. on each side without a lid over low heat. Flip with sharp but firm movements. If it seems to you that the cheesecakes are raw, send them preheated to 190 grams. oven for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, grate the apples on a coarse grater. Heat a skillet with butter and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Fry the apples for 3-4 minutes. Add cinnamon, sugar to taste. Pour in 2-3 tbsp. water. Cook for 5 minutes. over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add another 2-3 tbsp. water. Evaporate the water until it becomes a jam-confiture. Serve the apple jam cottage cheese pancakes right away.
