Pancakes
The original recipe and sophisticated presentation will ensure that these pancakes are a success for all eaters, young and old. You can please not only the invited guests, but also yourself, and at the same time all your family members with such a "bouquet".
Ingredients
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- salt to taste
- granulated sugar - 120 g
- milk 3.2% - 500 ml
- wheat flour - 300 g
- almond flour - 100 g
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- icing sugar - 100 g
- mascarpone - 200 g
- vanillin -2 g
- persimmon - 1 large
- kiwi - 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat eggs, salt, sugar with a whisk, add milk at room temperature, mix, gradually add 2 types of flour, mix, add 500 ml of milk and vegetable oil. Let the dough infuse for 15 minutes. Bake pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Step 2
For the cream mousse, beat 2 yolks with 50 g of icing sugar. Separately beat the protein with the remaining powdered sugar, combine with the mascarpone, add the vanillin and stir gently with a whisk until creamy.
Step 3
Peel the persimmons and kiwi and cut out small balls from them with a special spoon with a noisette or cut into small cubes.
Step 4
When serving, fill the pancake with cream mousse, lay out in the form of flowers (as in the photo) and put kiwi and persimmon balls next to it.
