Potato pancakes with salmon
This combination was invented in a well-known coffee shop - and gradually it "went to the people." Look - you don't need to do anything on purpose, just fry the pancakes and serve them with lightly salted or smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- 2 small onions
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 3 tbsp. l. flour
- 1 egg
- ghee for frying
- lightly salted salmon, dill and sour cream for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the onion, chop finely. Heat some oil in a skillet, add the onion and sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel potatoes, grate. Add salt, flour and a lightly beaten egg to the resulting mass. Then add the fried onions and stir well.
Step 3
Spread the mixture with a tablespoon in a skillet with well-heated oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. If you wish, you can bring them to readiness in an oven preheated to 160 ° C, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Put the finished potato pancakes on paper towels so that the glass has excess oil. Serve very hot, with thinly sliced salmon, chopped dill and sour cream.
