A fragrant, tasty, healthy and satisfying dish - this is such a lobio. Lobio is not prepared very quickly, but very simple. It can be a hearty snack or a full-fledged hot one. Perfect in case guests who are fasting come to visit you. They will definitely not leave hungry.

- beans (ideally a swallow variety) - 200 g
- vegetable oil - 20 g
- onions - 60 g
- garlic - 20 g
- tomato paste - 40 g
- coarse salt - 4 g
- dry cilantro - 4 g
- dry basil - 4 g
- ground coriander - 4 g
- ucho-suneli - 4 g
- thyme - 4 g
- red chili pepper - 4 g
- fresh cilantro - 8 g
- celery leaf - 4 g
- red basil -4 g
- dill - 4 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Soak the beans and leave for half an hour, then boil: as soon as the water boils, it must be drained, pour in new water, bring to a boil and cook the beans until tender (about 1 hour).
Step 2
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Add tomato paste and fry for another 5-8 minutes. Add frying to the finished beans.
Step 3
