Stuffed zucchini in a cheese cap
Pieces of zucchini with aromatic minced vegetables inside baked in the oven with cheese.
Ingredients
- zucchini. 1 pc.
- carrot. 1 PC.
- onion. 1 pc.
- a tomato. 1 PC.
- Hochland cheese in plates. 1 PC.
- salt. 1 pinch
- a mixture of peppers. 1 pinch
- vegetable oil. 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into thick rings - about 2-3 cm.
Step 2
Using a knife or spoon, carefully select the middle of the rings. Place the zucchini in a fireproof dish. Season with salt, pepper and bake in the oven until soft for about 30 minutes at 180 gr.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the tomato. Rub it with a grater. Chop the onions, carrots and the remaining zucchini.
Step 4
Stew the vegetables until cooked in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Fill the finished zucchini pieces with vegetable filling.
Step 6
Place a slice of Hochland cheese on top of each. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Serve on a nice plate. Enjoy your meal!
