Grilled herring with baked vegetables

- potatoes 2-3 pcs
- onion 1 pc
- lemon 0.5 pc
- pinch Kotanyi pepper
- seasoning for sea fish Kotanyi 1 tsp
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost the herring, gut and wash well. If you want, you can get rid of the backbone and fry clean fillets, but this way the fish can be overdried. I cooked the whole herring, it turned out to be very tasty, soft and juicy.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade for the fish. Peel the zest from the lemon, squeeze out the juice, pepper, add the Kotanyi fish seasoning, salt a little. Mix everything well. Coat the herring inside and out and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
