Ingredients
  • 2 seabass (200 g each)
  • 1 lemon
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • salt pepper
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • salt, black pepper
  • 100 ml vodka
  • 100 ml dark ale
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 1 bay leaf
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 4-5 sprigs of parsley
  • 30 g onion
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 g grated orange zest
  • 10 g grated lemon zest
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut balls out of them with a spoon. Deep-fry them until golden brown. Catch the finished balls with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towels so that they absorb excess oil.
Step 2
For the tartar sauce, finely chop the cucumbers, eggs, parsley, onion. Crush the bay leaf in a mortar or grind it in a coffee grinder. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 3
Sprinkle the fish with parsley, serve with potato balls, tartar sauce and sliced lemon.
