Red fish with orange mayonnaise
The recipe was honestly peeped by me from another cook. And although my aesthetic component is lame, the dish did not become less tasty from this. And it is very appropriate on the festive table.
Ingredients
- fish (I have char) 400 g
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- orange 1 pc.
- garlic
- greens (I have parsley and dill) 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- olives 9 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Butcher the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Cut olives into rings.
Step 2
Grease the fish with mayonnaise (I took 2 tablespoons) and put olives in it. Leave on for a few minutes to marinate slightly.
