Steamed sea bass fillet
We all know that steamed foods are healthier than others, but how many of you really prefer steamed foods? For those accustomed to fried and baked foods, steamed dishes often lack flavor. But it is worth taking a closer look at the cuisines of Southeast Asia, there are a lot of dishes that are steamed, and even something, and the taste of Asian dishes cannot be taken away. This is our recipe, the fish turns out to be absolutely dietary, and the marinade in the Asian style will add brightness to the taste.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. l. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 3 cm ginger root
- half each red and green hot pepper
- 4 feathers of green onions
- 2 red sea bass fillets, 150 g each
- steamed rice and cilantro leaves, for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, powdered sugar and rice vinegar in a bowl.
Step 2
Peel the ginger and grate on a fine grater. Remove seeds from chili peppers and cut into long thin strips. Slice the green onions diagonally.
Step 3
Place the fillets on a piece of parchment or foil and place in a double boiler. Drizzle with the marinade, sprinkle with ginger, chili and half a green onion. Cover with a lid, turn on the steamer and cook after boiling for 6 minutes, until the fish turns white.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked fillets to plates, garnish with cilantro leaves and leftover onions and serve with steamed rice.
