Tiradito

Tiradito is a Peruvian relative of ceviche, sashimi and carpaccio. This dish can be made from completely different types of fish - from sea bass, tuna, scallop. The composition of the marinade can also vary depending on preference. Spices and pungency can be adjusted to your own taste, only the use of citrus remains unchanged.

Ingredients
  • 100 g of sea bass
  • 5 g chili peppers
  • 5 g shizu leaves
  • 30 g orange
  • 30 ml ponzu sauce
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Slice the fish thinly and place on a plate.
Step 2
Finely chop the chili and shizu leaves, cut the orange into cubes, mix all the ingredients with the sauce. Add orange juice. Salt.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the fish, put in the cold for 10-15 minutes and serve.
