Chicken kebab on ayran

- chicken fillet 3 kg
- onions 1 kg
- tomato juice 1 l
- kefir 1 l
- paprika 1 tbsp.
- salt 1 tbsp

Rinse chicken fillet, dry.
Step 2
Cut into large pieces.
Step 3
Add ayran, tomato juice and mix thoroughly. We leave for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Pour the marinade, add the paprika and go to set the barbecue. After 30-40 minutes, you can start frying.
