STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's prepare the products. Scroll the pork in a meat grinder. I have purely minced pork. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, ginger. Mash the coriander with a pestle.
Step 2
Mix the minced pork, chopped onions, garlic and ginger (I chopped everything in a blender). Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chopped coriander.
Step 3
Mix well and beat off the minced meat. Form small meatballs and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce with soy sauce, sugar and mirin, add sesame oil. This sauce should be poured over the kebabs every 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
On wooden skewers, string alternately meatballs and leek pieces. The length of the skewers is based on the size of the pan. I had to cut the skewers.
Step 6
We send skewers from meatballs with leek to a preheated frying pan with butter. Fry for 5 minutes on each side, pouring the prepared sauce every 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle them with black and white sesame seeds when serving. Serve the teriyaki sauce.
