I never cease to admire Turkish cuisine, it never ceases to amaze me with its amazing recipes, and especially with eggplant recipes. There are so many of them that you can't count them, and they are all delicious! In Turkey, it is believed that every housewife should know at least 50 ways to cook eggplants, and even more skillful ones. Most often, this kebab in eggplant is prepared with lamb or beef, but it is also delicious with chicken. Try it!

  • minced meat (large wire rack) 250 g
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper
  • baking tomato 1 pc.
  • mozzarella, circles 6 pcs.
  • boiling water 1.5 glass (s)
  • tomato paste 2 tbsp
