Meat bread with yoghurt sauce and green peas garnish
Ingredients
- minced pork and beef 50/50 500 g
- zucchini 100 g
- onion 1 pc.
- cheese 100 pcs.
- a mixture of herbs - oregano, rosemary 1 tbsp
- nutmeg 1 g
- salt 5 g
- Greek yogurt 400 ml
- garlic 1 pc.
- dill 1 bunch (s)
- frozen green peas 500 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Scroll the meat, finely chop the onion, finely grate the zucchini and cheese.
Step 2
Mix everything in a bowl.
Step 3
Grease the rectangular shape with vegetable oil and put the minced meat in it. Put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
Step 4
Then make a sauce by mixing yogurt dill and a clove of garlic in a blender.
Step 5
Boil green peas and beat with a blender until puree.
Step 6
Cut the meatloaf into portions and serve with the sauce and mashed peas.
