Pikk Poiss cutlet

A very tasty and elegant dish, I cook it quite often.

Pikk Poiss cutlet
Ingredients
  • minced meat 500 g
  • carrots (small) 1 pc.
  • potatoes (medium-sized) 1 pc.
  • egg 1 pc.
  • garlic (clove) 1 pc.
  • pepper 1 pinch (s)
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • for filling: red sweet pepper 1/2 pc.
  • cheese (I have suluguni) 100 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze out the garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add egg, mix everything. Put all the minced meat in the form of a large oblong cutlet on oiled foil. Make a boat out of it - as if to move the minced meat apart, to make a longitudinal depression.
Step 3
Cut the bell peppers and cheese into small cubes - the pepper and cheese should be approximately the same.
Step 4
Stir in the sliced cheese and pepper and place in the minced meat.
Step 5
Pinch the minced meat over the filling. Outwardly, you should get a huge cutlet.
Step 6
Cover the cutlet with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
