Beef ribs with ribbed potatoes and Asian sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 kg 100 g beef ribs
  • 4 tbsp. l. smoked paprika
  • 400 g potatoes
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper
  • 80 ml dry red wine
  • 130 g hot chili sauce
  • 15 g Worcester sauce
  • 15 g peanut butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 40 g onion
  • a pinch of tabajan paste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Combine the paprika, salt and pepper with 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Step 2
Coat the ribs with this mixture and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
Place the ribs on the foil with the meaty side down and wrap so that the top of the foil can be opened slightly. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 110 ° C for 3 hours.
Step 4
Open the foil slightly - the meat should easily separate from the bones. If not, repack the ribs and leave in the oven for half an hour. Finally, peel off the foil and brown the ribs under the grill.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes, cut with a grooved knife or using a special slicer. Season with salt, pepper and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 7
Sprinkle the ribs with parsley, serve with potatoes and sauce.
