For this roll, you can use pita bread, but it will turn out more delicious if you prepare homemade dough as a base.

Ingredients
  • 800 g ground beef
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 hot chilli
  • 50 g toasted almonds
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 sprigs of dill and parsley
  • 2 st. l. grated cheese
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, vegetable oil, eggs, 0.5 tsp. salt and 125 ml of warm water. Roll it into a ball, cover with foil and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots, lightly fry the onions and carrots with the minced meat, kneading the lumps.
Step 3
Grind the herbs, garlic, almonds and chili in a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Put cheese and almonds with herbs in the finished minced meat. Mix.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer no more than 0.5 cm thick. Put the filling on the dough, level the surface. Roll into a roll.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the roll into slices (I got 21 pieces). Grease a baking dish with oil, arrange the slices. Pour in warm water a little less than half the height of the rolls, cover with foil. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
