Apple and radish remoulade for grilled meat
Ingredients
- 400 g radishes
- 4 large granny smith apples
- 4-5 gherkins
- juice of 1 lemon
- 100 g of delicious mayonnaise
- 50 ml thick sour cream
- 1-1.5 st. l. dijon mustard
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the apples into 4 pieces, remove the core. Cut the pulp into thin, long strips. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir gently while shaking the bowl.
Step 2
Cut the radishes and gherkins into thin strips.
