Baked eggplant with veal from the chef of the Tkemali restaurant Zaza Shengelia
- medium sized eggplant 1 pc.
- green peppers 1 pc.
- cherry tomato 2 pcs.
- minced meat 120 g
- onion 20 g
- garlic clove 2 pcs.
- Georgian spices 5 g
- salt 3 g
- pepper 2 g
- Satsebeli sauce 50 g
- cinnamon 5 g
- red basil 5 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise.
Put on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Fry onion with minced meat in a pan, add salt, pepper, Georgian spices.
3 minutes before the eggplant is cooked, put the chilli and cherry tomato in the oven with the eggplant.
When ready, place vegetables on a plate.
Use a knife to crush the eggplant core without damaging the skin.
Put the minced meat in the eggplant, put the tomatoes on top and pour the Satsebeli sauce
Garnish with cilantro and basil
