Ingredients
  • medium sized eggplant 1 pc.
  • green peppers 1 pc.
  • cherry tomato 2 pcs.
  • minced meat 120 g
  • onion 20 g
  • garlic clove 2 pcs.
  • Georgian spices 5 g
  • salt 3 g
  • pepper 2 g
  • Satsebeli sauce 50 g
  • cinnamon 5 g
  • red basil 5 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Put on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Fry onion with minced meat in a pan, add salt, pepper, Georgian spices.
Step 4
3 minutes before the eggplant is cooked, put the chilli and cherry tomato in the oven with the eggplant.
Step 5
When ready, place vegetables on a plate.
Step 6
Use a knife to crush the eggplant core without damaging the skin.
Step 7
