Meatballs with oatmeal and stewed vegetables

Ingredients
- Beef - 500 gr.
- egg - 1 pc.
- boiling water - 4 tablespoons
- oatmeal - 1/2 cup
- cottage cheese - 50 gr.
- onion - 1pc.
- garlic cloves - 3-4 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 4 pcs.
- paprika, black pepper, salt to taste
- for stewed vegetables: 2 eggplants
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato - 3 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
- greens, white sesame seeds for decoration
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Form small meatballs.
Step 2
In vegetable oil, fry the onion, cut into half rings and finely chopped garlic until golden brown, add the eggplant slices (so that the bitterness leaves the eggplants in salted water in advance), cut the bell pepper into pieces. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add to the vegetables. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the vegetables to the meatballs, garnish with herbs and serve.
