Beef lula kebab with herbs
Cooking juicy, fragrant, spicy grilled kebab!
Ingredients
- ground beef 600 g
- onion 1 pc.
- garlic 3 cloves pcs.
- parsley 4 sprigs
- dill 3 sprigs
- thyme 5 branches
- hot red pepper 0.5 tsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
- sweet paprika 1 tsp
- smoked paprika 1 tsp
- adjika (dry) 0.5 tsp
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- olive oil 30 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's prepare products for kebabs. I have minced beef cutlet, and it was written on the package. As for spices, I have black and red peppers, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, dry adjika, salt and a pinch of sugar. From herbs I have parsley, dill and thyme. Do not spare greens, take everything that is in the refrigerator: cilantro, basil, young garlic, mint are also suitable.
Step 2
We twist with onion and garlic in a meat grinder. Add spices, spices, chopped herbs to the minced meat. Cut off the leaves from the thyme sprigs and send them to the minced meat too. Add olive oil.
Step 3
Knead the minced meat very well. We will beat it back (10-15 times), hitting the table with force. It is necessary that protein stand out from the pieces of meat and the minced meat becomes viscous and dense. Let's collect it in a ball and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours (I left it overnight). We divide the minced meat into several small koloboks. We will form the sausages and string them on wooden skewers. Diligently cushion-press the minced meat around the skewers.
Step 4
Put the kebabs in a well-heated grill pan and fry, turning from all sides. Serve sweet pickled onions, fresh tomatoes, herbs with kebabs.
