Kulebyaka with a complex filling
Ingredients
- flour 1.5 glass (s)
- egg 2 pcs.
- sugar 1 tbsp

- milk 1.5 glass (s)
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil-for frying
- forest mushrooms 300 g
- onion 1 pc.

- minced beef 500 g
- salt to taste
- parsley, sprig 4 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- rice 1/2 cup (s)
- green onion 1/2 bunch (a)
- butter 3 tbsp.
- salt to taste
- egg 3 pcs.
- flour 1 kg
- milk 1.5 glass (s)
- fresh yeast 50 g
- butter 125 g
- yolk (1 for greasing, 3 in dough) 4 pcs.
- sugar 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the dough, heat the milk, add 4 tablespoons. flour, sugar, yeast, mix and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until a frothy cap forms. Then add the whipped yolks, melted butter, salt, add the remaining sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place.
Step 2
For pancakes, add beaten eggs, salt, sugar to milk, mix the dough until smooth. Bake thin pancakes in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll the dough pieces into a layer approximately 1 cm thick. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Place the meat filling, top with one pancake, then a layer of mushroom filling, cover with the second pancake, then a layer of rice filling, cover with the pancake.
