Turkey cutlets with egg

These cute patties do not require frying. They are cooked in the oven and are hearty and delicious. This recipe is easy to prepare, and the result will pleasantly surprise not only you but your family with its originality.

Ingredients
  • minced turkey 300 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • egg 6 pcs.
  • white bread g
  • cheese 60 g
  • milk 0.5 l
  • spices 3 pinch (s)
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • greens 1 bunch (s)
  • vegetable oil for frying 0.5 tbsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preparing the ingredients for the minced meat. I made the minced meat half from a turkey thigh, half from a turkey breast.
Step 2
Soak white bread in milk. Rub the cheese on a grater. Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Squeeze the wet bread, add chopped onion and cheese to the minced meat.
Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly together with the egg.
Step 5
Add spices and salt to taste. You can also add greens (parsley, dill, green onions) to the minced meat.
Step 6
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 7
We form, lightly roll in flour, cutlets.
Step 8
We make a small depression in the center of the cutlets. Gently place a small egg in the center of each cutlet.
Step 9
Hearty, delicious cutlets with an egg are ready! Serve with potatoes, vegetables, rice or buckwheat.
