Onion rings with minced meat
The name of the dish consists of "minced meat" and French "manger" - to eat, to eat.

Step 1

We cut the onion into thick rings, take from it only the rings a little on a cone, in pairs - a large outer and a smaller inner. We fill the ring gap between them with minced meat and wrap it with thinly sliced bacon.

It is better to take dry-cured and the strips are as long as possible.

We put rings "Farshmanzhe" in the grate and on the grill. Fry on each side for several minutes and a wonderful analogue of kebab is ready.
