Lamb in mustard
Lamb meat with mustard will turn out tender, aromatic and melting in your mouth.
Ingredients
- lamb saddle, chops 4 pcs.
- mustard 200 g
- rosemary
- garlic
- thyme
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- salt
- pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the saddle of the lamb into four chops. Wash and blot with a napkin. Let's prepare herbs, spices, mustard.
Step 2
Prepare the marinating mixture. Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil to the mustard, 3-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. You can squeeze out the juice of half a lemon.
Step 3
Place the meat in the marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
In the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, place the chops for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Turn our meat over on a baking sheet and leave for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the finished meat with herbs, vegetables and ketchup.
