Pork shashlik with orange flavor
Very juicy and tasty kebabs with orange flavor and aroma! Cook these very fragrant kebabs for health! With a golden crust and original taste.
Ingredients
- pork neck 400 g
- orange jam TM Maheev 2 tbsp.
- mustard marinade TM Maheev 50 g
- pepper to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pork into large pieces. Marinate in mustard marinade. Add orange jam. Stir well, add a little salt and pepper and leave for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Soak wooden skewers in water for an hour so that they do not burn in the oven. String pieces of pork on skewers, press tightly to each other.
Step 3
Line the wire rack with baking paper. Spread the kebabs on it and put in the oven, preheated to 200-230 degrees. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
