Baked pork loin marinated with lemon and rosemary
Delicious, aromatic meat, a great option for a festive dinner.
Ingredients
- pork loin without bone 1 kg
- sprigs of rosemary 5 pcs.
- black peppercorns 1 tbsp
- lemon 2 pcs.
- olive oil 150 ml
- cloves of garlic 5 pcs.
- salt to taste
- Imeretian saffron 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the lemon into large wedges, put in a bowl, add the rosemary sprigs.
Step 2
Knead well with your hands.
Step 3
Add garlic, crushed with a knife, olive oil, saffron, pepper and salt.
Step 4
Mix.
Step 5
Make mesh cuts on the fat layer of the loin.
Step 6
Place the meat in the marinade. Marinate for 6 hours.
Step 7
Turn every hour.
Step 8
Transfer the meat to a baking bag. If you don't like lemon bitterness, then don't put lemon wedges in the bag.
Step 9
Tie the bag, place in a suitable baking dish or skillet.
