Pork loin baked in bacon
Juicy, aromatic loin baked in bacon will be an excellent option for a festive dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
- pork loin 600 g
- grated ginger root 1 tsp
- onion 2 pcs.
- bacon slices 6-9 pcs.
- dried basil 1 tsp
- dark beer 1 glass (s)
- black pepper and chili mill to taste
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- for pickled onions
- red onion 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- vinegar 6% 1 tbsp
- cilantro sprigs 3
- sugar 1 tsp.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- black pepper mill to taste
- chili mill to taste
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
- for filing:
- pomegranate seeds to taste
- tomato sauce to taste
- greens to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the onion into quarters of rings, grate the ginger, stir and mash with your hands until the juice is released.
Step 2
Add black pepper, chili, dried basil, vegetable oil, beer and salt. Put pieces of meat in the marinade.
Step 3
Turn over from time to time. Slightly knead the meat with your hands. Marinate for 4-6 hours.
Step 4
Wrap the pieces of meat in bacon slices.
Step 5
Preheat the multi-oven to 185 degrees. Put the pieces of meat on the grid. Cook for 8 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 165 degrees and cook for another 7 minutes
Step 6
While the meat is cooking, chop the onion, add the chopped cilantro, pepper, and knead with your hands. Add oil, soy sauce, vinegar, stir. Salt to taste.
Step 7
Serve the meat with pickled onions, tomato sauce, herbs and gratin.
