Delicate Pork instead of sausage
Everything is simple and fast, a good alternative to purchased slicing. We cook in advance, one day before serving.
Ingredients
- whole pork leg 700 g
- spices for meat 1 tbsp
- salt 2 tsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise Maheev 2 tbsp
- garlic cloves 6 pcs.

Step 1
It is advisable to choose a piece that is even, whole, then wash it, sprinkle with vinegar, sprinkle well with spices and salt, stuff with garlic and then coat with Maheev olive mayonnaise! Wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least 12 hours (12-24 hours). In an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Allow to cool in the refrigerator, cut before serving as a cold snack, or you can eat warm immediately.
