Rack of lamb

A very simple recipe with a minimum of ingredients. Almost any side dish, such as potatoes, rice, baked vegetables, or a light vegetable salad, will suit a rack of lamb.

Ingredients
  • rack of lamb - 1 kg
  • olive oil - 300 g
  • rosemary - 1 sprig
  • salt to taste
  • cherry sprig and mix salad for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Remove the veins and fat from the rack of lamb, the result should be about 800 g.
Step 2
Marinate the meat in olive oil with a sprig of rosemary, leave for 3 to 6 hours.
Step 3
Then fry the lamb on the grill, add salt to taste. A cherry sprig and salad mix will perfectly complement the dish.
