Ingredients
  • corn polenta 125 g
  • beef cheeks 20 g
  • watercress salad 2 g
  • Demiglas sauce 6 g
  • gorgonzola cheese 20 g
  • carrots 25 g
  • onions 25 g
  • leeks 8 g
  • celery stalk 10 g
  • tomatoes in their own juice 50 g
  • bay leaf 1 g
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • wheat flour 40 g

Step 1
Chop vegetables at random and fry in vegetable oil.
