Ingredients
  • minced lamb 500 g
  • couscous 1 glass (s)
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • dried paprika 1 tsp
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • cumin ground 1 tsp.
  • garlic 2 pcs.
  • ground red pepper 1/4 tsp
  • ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • onion 1 pc.
  • bread crumbs 4 tbsp
  • large bell pepper (red) 1 pc.
  • water 1.5 glass (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Season the minced meat with salt, spices, add bread crumbs, crushed garlic, finely chopped onion and knead. Form small meatballs with wet hands.
Step 2
Put in a saucepan with hot oil and brown quickly on all sides. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Step 3
Cut pepper into strips, sauté in the same oil.
