Hasan Pasha cutlets
The dish is very versatile, because it includes a side dish in the form of the most delicate puree and a meat cutlet stuffed with viscous cheese! It is not difficult to prepare, but it amazes with its unique taste!
Ingredients
- minced meat 400 g
- onion 1 pc.
- milk 100 ml
- hard cheese 100 g
- white bread 100 g
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- butter 30 g
- cumin 0.5 tsp.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add white bread soaked in half milk, finely chopped onion, cumin, pepper, salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Step 2
Form a round cutlet on the parchment and make a depression in the center. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 3
While the cutlet is baking, peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
Step 4
Purée the potatoes: add butter, remaining milk and half of the grated cheese.
Step 5
Remove the patty and place the remaining cheese in the center.
Step 6
Spread the puree on top.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Can be served in this form.
