Grandmother's Greek people
Very tasty and healthy cutlets that are loved by both adults and children.
Ingredients
- buckwheat groats 1 cup (s)
- minced chicken 500 g
- onion 1 pc.
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- carrots 1 pc.
- greens (parsley, dill) 1/2 bunch (s)
- garlic (cloves) 1 pc.
- salt (to taste) 1 tsp
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil buckwheat in salted water until tender. Cool down. You can use pre-cooked, then the cooking time will be significantly reduced. Scroll the chicken breasts through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and sauté in vegetable oil until soft.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs.
Step 4
Add chopped onions, garlic and herbs to the minced meat.
Step 5
Then add eggs, stir.
Step 6
At the end, add boiled buckwheat and stewed carrots to the minced meat. Knead thoroughly.
