Pork neck shashlik in spices
Ingredients
- 2 kg of pork neck pulp
- 4 large sweet peppers of different colors
- 10 small red onions
- 1 tbsp. l. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. l. ginger powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp. l. sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. l. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. l. freshly ground pepper mixture
- 2-3 tbsp. l. medium grinding salts
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine all spices and salt until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the meat into oblong pieces of about 3x3x5 cm. Dive in spices, put in a hermetically sealed container and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-48 hours.
Step 3
Before frying, remove the meat from the refrigerator for 2 hours. Shake off spices and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 4
Peel the bell peppers, cut into squares about 3.5 cm. Peel the onions and cut them in half.
Step 5
Skewer the meat, alternating with chunks of pepper and halved onions. Grill over charcoal over medium heat, turning frequently, until the meat is completely cooked. Serve immediately.
