Homemade pork sausage
It is not very difficult to cook delicious, aromatic pork sausage at home. Try it!
Ingredients
- lean pork (ham or shoulder) 2 kg
- fresh bacon 200 g
- garlic cloves 10 pcs.
- cold water 1 glass (s)
- Peklosalt 30 g
- salted pork casings
- marjoram 1 tbsp.
- ground coriander 0.25 tsp
- ground hot pepper to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the meat and lard into small cubes.
Step 2
Squeeze the garlic through a press. Add black and hot peppers, marjoram, coriander, baked salt

Mix. Add cold water.
Step 4
Stir and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Soak the bowels, rinse well. It will take about 2 meters.

Fill the casings with minced meat.
Step 7
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay with wooden skewers for barbecue or sprigs of birch, cherry. Add sausages. Prick in several places with a needle.
